Pricing, Pace, & Delivery
Booths start at $1,000, and most full-day booths land between $2,500 to $8,000 depending on creative, number of days and location. Discounts are available when you bundling services, and quotes usually come back in under 1 hours.
Anywhere from 30 to 50 people per hour, per station, with 60 to 90 seconds in front of the lens each. A single station covers up to 350+ attendees in an 8-hour day, with the ability to run multiple stations in parallel for larger conferences.
We shoot tethered to an on-set display, so each person has the ability to check in on their portraits in real time, and can approve a favorite before walking away.
Galleries can go straight to each attendee, if clients choose! Instead of landing as one large batch with whoever booked the booth, no one on your team has to sort or forwards files. Attendees walk away with their photo while the event is still ongoing.

How our event headshot booths work
We bring a full portrait studio to your conference, trade show or company event. Attendees step in, get directed by a photographer, and step back out to the event, each with a headshot they'll actually use.

Tell us about your event.
Share your date, venue and expected attendance. We usually respond to group inquiries in under 2 hours.

We plan the setup with you.
We choose a backdrop and a spot in your venue, and we send a styling guide you can share with attendees ahead of time.

We build the studio on site.
We arrive early to set up professional lighting and a consistent backdrop, so every attendee's headshot matches.

Attendees step in between sessions.
The headshot station runs during breaks, so nobody misses programming. Each person gets just a few minutes of real direction from a team of filmmakers and actors.

We light every person individually.
Each attendee gets 60 to 90 seconds in front of the lens, moving 30 to 50 people per hour per station. We adjust for every skin tone, coach expression and posture, and shoot tethered to an on-set display so each person sees their portraits in real time and approves a favorite before walking away, no retakes.

Attendees get their gallery.
Galleries are regularly delivered in 3 to 5 business days. We can deliver each attendee's gallery directly to them, so you never have to manage or hand out photos yourself. Each attendee picks a favorite and can purchase additional edits directly from us.
